Unless noted in individual biographies, Carpenter & Lewis PLLC’s attorneys are not certified as Civil Trial, Criminal Trial, Business Bankruptcy, Consumer Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights, Medical Malpractice, Accounting Malpractice, Elder Law or Estate Planning (or any other available certification) specialists by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization.

Certification as a Specialist is not currently available in Tennessee in some of our primary practice areas, such as Small Business Organizations, Taxation, Corporate, Employment, Real Estate, Asset Protection, and Nonprofit Organizations.
